The FDA says certain biQ-FEL 500 mL bottles contain undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil. Check the lot numbers, stop using recalled products, and learn what to do next.
Updated September 18, 2026: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says A&P Creations LLC is recalling certain biQ-FEL 500 mL dietary supplement bottles after FDA laboratory testing found undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil. The affected product was sold to U.S. consumers through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us.
The main concern is not simply that the label is incomplete. Sildenafil and tadalafil are active ingredients in prescription erectile-dysfunction medicines, and they can interact with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin. That combination may cause blood pressure to fall to dangerously low levels.
Look at the lot number and expiration date printed on your 500 mL biQ-FEL bottle. The FDA notice identifies these two recalled lots:
| Lot number | Expiration date | Product details |
|---|---|---|
| biQ-f001-06-25 | 05/06/27 | biQ-FEL 500 mL liquid supplement |
| biQ-003-01-26 | 01/01/28 | biQ-FEL 500 mL liquid supplement; UPC/barcode 7709799120663 |
The product is packaged in a 500 mL bottle bearing the biQ-FEL name. The label includes Spanish-language wording, including “Sabor artificial Hierbabuena.” If your bottle matches one of the listed lots, treat it as recalled even if you feel fine.
View the official FDA biQ-FEL recall noticeSildenafil and tadalafil are prescription drug ingredients used in Viagra and Cialis, respectively. FDA-approved versions are intended to be used under the supervision of a licensed health care professional. The biQ-FEL label did not disclose that either ingredient was present.
The risk is especially serious for people who take nitrates, including some medicines prescribed for chest pain or heart disease. The FDA also notes that people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease may be more likely to take nitrate medicines.
Because the amount of each hidden ingredient may not be clear from the product label, consumers cannot reliably assess the dose or predict how the product will interact with their other medicines. That is why an apparently small bottle or a product marketed as “natural” should not be treated as harmless.
As of September 14, 2026, the company said it had not received reports of adverse events related to this recall. That does not mean the product is safe for continued use; it means no related reports had been received by that date.
If you used recalled biQ-FEL and develop severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain, trouble breathing, or other concerning symptoms, seek urgent medical care. Tell the clinician what you took and mention the possible sildenafil and tadalafil exposure. If you take nitrates or have a heart condition, contact your health care professional promptly even if you have not noticed a reaction.
Consumers and health professionals can also report suspected side effects or product problems to the FDA’s MedWatch program.

Canadian consumers who purchased biQ-FEL through a cross-border seller should still stop using a bottle that matches the recalled lots. They can search Health Canada’s recalls and safety alerts database for any Canadian notice and report a suspected health-product problem through Health Canada’s reporting resources.

Do not rely only on an online listing being removed; compare the bottle itself with the lot numbers in the recall notice.
