Learn how to book Saskatchewan flu and COVID-19 vaccine appointments for 2026-27, find walk-in clinics and pharmacies, prepare for your visit, and book for a group.

Saskatchewan’s 2026-27 fall immunization program is now open for booking. The Saskatchewan Health Authority has published online booking, walk-in clinic listings, and telephone booking information for seasonal influenza and COVID-19 vaccines.
Clinics are scheduled to begin providing vaccinations during the week of October 13, 2026. Some appointments may show dates after that week, depending on the community and clinic capacity.
Both vaccines are free through the provincial program for eligible Saskatchewan residents aged six months and older. You can receive influenza vaccine, COVID-19 vaccine, or both during the same visit when the appointment and provider offer both services.
Because clinic dates and pharmacy availability can change, use the SHA booking page or the current walk-in listing rather than relying on an old social media post or a search result showing last year’s schedule.

The SHA Patient Booking System is available 24 hours a day for influenza and COVID-19 appointments. It supports individual bookings and group appointments for up to six people.
The online system requires a valid health card and a cellphone number or email address for notifications. Out-of-province, military, and temporary immigration health numbers may be accepted, but the SHA says those appointments must be booked by phone.
If you need help booking online, call 1-833-727-5829. Telephone assistance for influenza and COVID-19 appointments is available Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
The same number can be used to arrange a single appointment or a group appointment for up to six people. Calling may also be the better option if you need accessibility support, have a non-standard health number, or can’t use the online system.
Some SHA influenza and COVID-19 clinics accept people without appointments. The listing changes as new clinics are added, and a community may not appear when no walk-in clinic is currently scheduled.

Use the search field on the walk-in page to narrow the list by community, date, address, or vaccine type. Check the date and time immediately before leaving home because walk-in information can change.
Participating pharmacies are another option for seasonal influenza and COVID-19 immunization. Pharmacy services can vary by location, age, vaccine supply, and appointment policy, so contact the pharmacy before going.
Under the current 2026-27 fall program information, all individuals six months and older are eligible to receive free influenza and COVID-19 vaccines through Saskatchewan’s public program.
Children between six months and four years old have a specific location rule: they can receive these vaccines at an SHA influenza and COVID-19 clinic, a public health office, or from a physician or nurse practitioner. A pharmacy may not be an appropriate option for a child in this age range.
Vaccination is especially encouraged for people at higher risk of serious respiratory illness, including:
Eligibility details can change between seasonal campaigns. The current fall program information should take priority over older pages describing the 2025-26 campaign.
Yes. The SHA says online and telephone booking can accommodate group appointments of up to six people. This is useful for parents booking children, couples arranging appointments together, or caregivers coordinating visits for family members.
When booking online, make sure each person’s information is entered accurately and check whether the selected clinic offers both influenza and COVID-19 vaccines. If you’re booking more than one person by phone, have everyone’s names, dates of birth, health-card details, and contact information ready.
For a child who is attending without a parent or legal guardian, a seasonal immunization consent form may be required. Ask the clinic or review the SHA’s current consent information before the appointment.

For an SHA clinic, bring the following where applicable:
Wear a short-sleeved shirt or clothing that makes the upper arm easy to reach. SHA clinics also recommend preparing for the weather because a short wait outside is possible, even though it isn’t expected at every location.
After vaccination, plan to remain at the clinic for about 15 minutes. This is a normal observation period and helps staff respond if someone feels unwell immediately after the injection.
Availability may be limited in some communities when bookings first open. If you don’t see a convenient appointment, try a different date, a nearby community, the walk-in clinic list, or a participating pharmacy.
Clinic listings may be updated as the fall campaign continues, so checking again later can be worthwhile. You can also call the SHA booking line if the online system is difficult to use or if you need help identifying an appropriate location.
If you have a health question rather than a booking problem, call HealthLine 811. For urgent or emergency symptoms, use the appropriate emergency-care service rather than waiting for a vaccine appointment.
For most Saskatchewan residents, the simplest route is to open the SHA Patient Booking System, search for an appointment after October 13, 2026, and book each family member separately or as a group of up to six. If online booking doesn’t work, call 1-833-727-5829 during telephone service hours. Check the walk-in listing or contact a participating pharmacy when you need another option.
